As a Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in Integrative Medicine, and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I’ve spent years helping individuals understand what truly supports brain health over time. The science is both reassuring and empowering; much of what influences how our brains age is shaped by daily choices. How we nourish ourselves, how we move and rest, even how we think and stay connected to others and to our own purpose are the seemingly little things that create big changes over time.
This blog is where I share that knowledge in a way that is practical, grounded, and approachable.

l bring decades of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and Wellness coach , along with advanced training through a post-graduate Fellowship in Integrative Medicine. But more than that, I bring personal insight - because I’ve lived through the very challenges I help others navigate.
After experiencing a serious brain injury myself, I developed a deep, firsthand understanding of what it means to rebuild, to heal and to hope.
I’ve combined my clinical knowledge, coaching skills, and lived experience into a program that’s both science-based and deeply human.
